Maxdi Inc. Announces New Engineering Office in Lower Manhattan

Maxdi Inc. is pleased to announce the opening of its new engineering office at:

Maxdi Inc.
100 Church Street, Floor 8
New York, NY 10007

Over the past several weeks, one of my primary objectives while working in New York City was to establish a permanent professional presence that supports Maxdi Inc.'s continued growth in aerospace, telecommunications, RF engineering, and advanced software development.

After evaluating several coworking environments throughout Downtown and Midtown Manhattan, I selected the professional workspace managed by IWG at 100 Church Street. The facility provides a secure and well-managed business environment with 24/7 building access, lobby staff, and security, making it well suited for engineering activities involving proprietary simulation, software development, technical collaboration, and customer engagements. I would like to extend my appreciation to the IWG team for providing a professional environment that supports technology companies and engineering innovators.

As Maxdi Inc. expands its work in electromagnetics, satellite communications, antenna systems, electronics design automation (EDA), and AI-assisted engineering workflows, investing in secure engineering infrastructure becomes increasingly important. Many modern engineering programs require controlled workspaces where computational models, simulation results, and customer information can be developed and managed with appropriate safeguards.

The new office will support several ongoing research and commercial initiatives, including my work with a stealth aerospace startup developing next-generation low-cost Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite technologies. My role on this program focuses on the design, simulation, and development of advanced reflectarray antenna systems to support future satellite communication architectures.

An equally exciting aspect of this engagement is the opportunity to deploy Electronics Design Flow Studio (EDFS)—Maxdi Inc.'s next-generation engineering design environment—as a pilot engineering platform. The project provides valuable real-world experience for evaluating EDFS workflows in advanced RF and electromagnetic design, helping guide future development of capabilities spanning simulation management, engineering automation, design optimization, and multidisciplinary system integration.

Establishing this New York City office represents another important milestone in Maxdi Inc.'s long-term strategy to build advanced engineering capabilities while supporting collaborations with partners across aerospace, telecommunications, defense, and emerging technology sectors.

I look forward to sharing additional updates as these programs continue to mature and as Maxdi Inc. advances its mission of developing innovative engineering software, computational frameworks, and next-generation design technologies.

About Maxdi Inc

Maxdi Inc is a research-driven company operating at the intersection of advanced inference systems, human cognition, and creative intelligence. Founded to explore how meaning, perception, and structure emerge across domains, Maxdi develops original frameworks that bridge science, art, and philosophy.

At the core of Maxdi’s work is MXD-COGN (Mixed-Domain, Mixed-Depth Inference), a proprietary research framework that studies how coherent structures form under uncertainty—whether in physical systems, human perception, or creative processes. MXD-COGN investigates how observer interaction, boundary conditions, and deformation govern the emergence of order across multiple scales.

Maxdi’s research spans:

Coherence engineering and inference theory, Observer-anchored systems and human-in-the-loop intelligence, Perceptual and cognitive order parameters, Cross-disciplinary applications of quantum, informational, and geometric principles.

Through Maxdi Art, the company extends this research into the cultural domain, producing original works that function as perceptual experiments rather than illustrations. These works explore how consciousness, ambiguity, and structure manifest visually, often drawing inspiration from historical masters such as Leonardo da Vinci, while remaining non-referential and forward-looking.

Maxdi Inc has previously operated physical gallery spaces in New York City and continues to engage with curators, researchers, and institutions internationally. Its work is designed not only to produce artifacts, but to develop new languages for understanding complexity, perception, and meaning in the modern world.

Maxdi Inc is headquartered in the United States and collaborates globally across research, art, and technology.
